**Being featured by a publication like Forbes is always something special.**

In 2026, we’ve had the opportunity to share our story, our way of understanding gastronomy, and the path we’ve followed since we started back in 2012.

We were born in San Sebastián, in a place where gastronomy is more than just cooking — it’s culture, identity, and a way of connecting with others. From the very beginning, we knew we wanted to be part of that story, but from our own perspective: events, attention to detail, and tailor-made experiences.

We would like to thank Forbes for showcasing our journey and giving it visibility. We keep moving forward.
