Being featured by a publication like Forbes is always something special.

In 2026, we’ve had the opportunity to share our story, our way of understanding gastronomy, and the path we’ve followed since we started back in 2012.

We were born in San Sebastián, in a place where gastronomy is more than just cooking — it’s culture, identity, and a way of connecting with others. From the very beginning, we knew we wanted to be part of that story, but from our own perspective: events, attention to detail, and tailor-made experiences.
